Come Join us at Moenkopi Senior Center for some fun activities!

Closed On July 3rd in observance of The 4th of July.

No Activities on the 29th-31st

Join us: Lunch Will be served on Wednesday and Thursday for the month of July.

NO Lunch on July 1st, 2nd, and 15th, 2026.

Lunch is served from 11:30-12:30 MST.

About Moenkopi Senior Center

Our Mission Statement

"Improving the quality of life for our older adults by offering activities through exercise, recreation, education and to provide social interaction with traditional values. To provide nutritious home delivered and congregate meals to nurture and encourage our older adults to promote healthy well-being both physically and mentally."

Senior Lunch Program

At the Moenkopi Senior Center, we have a wonderful lunch program within the facility. The Hopi Tribe - Office of Elderly Nutrition Program provides the funding for our Monday thru Thursday Congregate Meal Program. The program is open to seniors 55+. Lunch is served promptly at 11:30 a.m. (MST) and ends at 12:30 p.m. (MST).

Community Health Representative Program (CHR Program)

Within the building we have a community health nurse that manages the Moenkopi Area. the CHR Program plays a vital role in supporting community health. The CHR offers:

Health screenings and monitoring of vital signs
Health education and case management support
Transportation to medical appointments
Health promotion and emergency assistance before EMTs arrive
Services tailored to veterans
Community outreach and program sign-ups
Public education on health risks such as hantavirus, rabies, ticks, and Rocky Mountain spotted fever

Moenkopi Senior Center Transportation Services

The Moenkopi Senior Center offers transportation services to Seniors (ages 55 and over).

The center is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM (MST) to 5:00 PM (MST).

We offer transportation services for the following:

Medical Appointments
Pharmacy
Grocery Store
Bank
Post Office

Riders must call at least 24 hours in advance for services.
